Home loans across Australia, built around your life.
Whether you are buying your first home, upgrading for a growing family or restructuring an existing loan, Finance Wealth is an Australia-wide mortgage broker comparing home loans from more than 60 Australian lenders — entirely online or over the phone, wherever you live.
Why use a mortgage broker for your home loan?
A bank can only offer you its own products. As your mortgage broker, we work for you — not the lender — and compare loans from major banks, mutual banks, non-bank lenders and specialist providers. That means one conversation, one application, and a recommendation based on your circumstances rather than a single lender's policy.
For residential home loans, Finance Wealth does not charge you a fee for our broking service. We are paid a commission by the lender once your loan settles, and the details of that commission are always disclosed to you in writing before you proceed.
Home loan types we arrange
Every borrower is different, so the 'best' loan is the one whose structure matches how you earn, spend and plan. We arrange and explain:
- Variable rate loans — flexible, with features like offset accounts and redraw
- Fixed rate loans — repayment certainty for a set period
- Split loans — part fixed, part variable, balancing certainty and flexibility
- Offset accounts — park savings against your loan to reduce interest
- Interest-only options — for eligible owner-occupier and investment scenarios
How the process works
It starts with a free, no-obligation conversation about your goals — by phone, video call or email, whichever suits you. From there we assess your borrowing power, shortlist suitable lenders, and prepare a recommendation you can actually compare. Once you are happy, we package and lodge the application, liaise with the lender through assessment, and stay with you right through to settlement.
After settlement we keep in touch — rates and policies move, and a loan that was right two years ago may not be the sharpest option today.
Bank direct versus broker
Walking into a bank gets you that bank's answer. Using a broker gets you a market view. Both channels are regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, and brokers are additionally bound by a best interests duty — we must act in your best interests when recommending a loan. That legal obligation sits at the heart of how we work, and it is why our recommendations come with a written explanation you can keep.
